Vendor Agreement

This agreement covers the vendors selling on TPP.

You own your business

Your Stripe account is yours. Your customer list is yours. Your domain is yours. We do not take your customer data or retain rights to your products beyond displaying them on the marketplace and vendor storefront.

Your obligations

• Fulfill orders within reasonable timeframes (shipping: 5 business days; porch pickup: within the window you offered).
• Respond to customer inquiries within 48 hours.
• Do not sell counterfeit, illegal, or dangerous items.
• Keep your Stripe account in good standing.

Our obligations

• Host your shop at 99.9% uptime.
• Provide the AI, email, marketing, and fulfillment tooling described on the pricing page at the tier you're paying for.
• Remit payouts to your Stripe account with 0% commission on paid tiers.
• Never sell your customer list.

Platform promotion

We may promote your products on the marketplace, in marketing emails to TPP subscribers, and on our social channels. You can opt out any time in Settings → Marketplace Visibility.

Suspension

We can suspend or terminate your account for breach of this agreement. You can export your products, orders, and customer data any time from your dashboard.
